Production Facility

Prime Quality M.S billets are used from our in house state of the art Continuous Casting Plant and Pakistan Steel Mill Corporation, Karachi. Pak Iron is one of the few high-tech plants in the region to possess a fully automatic re-rolling mill plant, thus ensuring precision and quality in the finished product. Automatic Cutting insures high precision and enables us to cater to customer needs effectively. Through innovation and automation in the manufacturing process enable us a present production capacity of 1, 50,000 M. Tons per year.
Furnaces
Two Inductotherm USA furnaces 8 tons and 12 tons with a production capacity of 250 tons per day. Billet is produced through Continous Casting which ensures complete compaction and homogenous composition.
Coal Gasification Plant
We have the capability of producing Natural Gas for our Re-Heating furnace through coal gasification. Our plant size is 3.0 M and was imported from China.
Re-Rolling Mill
Our Re-bar mill is fully automated with three speed stands. Siemens Plc system ensures every bar is millimeter perfect. High Speed Finishing stands ensure that steel is produced and optimum temperature and compaction.
Cooling Bed
150 feet long Cooling bed is the biggest in the area, our automated Rotary Shear can cut steel as per requirement with perfection. Every batch is bundled and tagged and can be traced back to production.
